The Challenge
Jillian Pallister on her new cleaning company, Polished by Pallister.
When Jillian came to me, she had a vision but needed help turning it into a tangible, eye-catching brand & have fun during the process!
First up, the logo. Jillian wanted it to be sleek but welcoming, just like her service. We went back and forth a bit, brainstorming, sketching, and finally hit the sweet spot. The result was a logo that reflected Polished by Pallister’s dedication to impeccable service. A rewarding moment!

The font bundle was our next step. It needed to be modern, friendly, yet professional. Like the friendly neighbor who always has everything in order. That’s Jillian and that’s Polished by Pallister!
Now, the mood board was where it all came together. It was like looking at a snapshot of Jillian’s company personality – clean, fresh, dedicated. It was a joy to see the elements fall into place. I also designed a couple of mockups, showing how the brand elements would look in real life scenarios.
The Result
To wrap it all up, I created a social media graphic for Jillian’s first Instagram post. We did a fun little collab post where I got to introduce Polished by Pallister to my followers. It felt like introducing a new friend to my crew.
And voila, that’s the journey we took to create Polished by Pallister’s brand identity. It’s always thrilling to help bring a vision to life, and working with Jillian was a blast. It reminded me once again how amazing it is to be a part of someone’s business dream! Cheers to many more!
